“Everything about this resort is great, perfect getaway esp when u are travelling with kids, they have indoor and outdoor sports, wonderful ambience, well maintained garden and helpful staff, parking facility was good, the resort management helped us hire a local cab to cover nearby spots at reasonable price, campfire and music was good too.... We had a wonderful time and made amazing memories, every corner is worth a picture.. Highly recommend this resort(one of the bestest in Kodaikanal), its very near to silver cascade falls.... However, the management can improve w.r. t food... Kindly include more options in the menu.... Overall 10/10 experience i had with my family.”

“It's located on the outskirts of the city. Leads through small gullies but it ll make you wonder how a green, quiet eco-friendly place can exist amidst the bustling city. It's a 100 year old property being maintained without disturbing it or modifying. There are 8 ac rooms with attached bathrooms, looks like an antique house with a touch of modernization mosquitoes 🦟 are a big issue please take insect repellent, a few cockroaches do pop up. The suite rooms have open bathroom (t's really cool) and an attached private portico. 2 northindian staff are available 24x7, they keep the front gates locked 🔒 all the time, so if you want to step put you have to keep calling them. They prepare some yummy appetizers and main course. They have a common pond( 5 feet deep) as well as a private pond ( just to soak yourself). If u prefer to have some peaceful time away from the hustle & bustle, would recommend.”

“The resort is well placed with spacious rooms. I liked the concept of a twin room villa. Nice for a big group. However the place lacks maintenance. We had issues with the water for the bathroom. During our 3 night stay, the room was not cleaned and became dirty. After 2 days the place ran out of fresh towels. Will recommend only for Visiting with a large group and for one night stay.”

“One of the worst place to stay with family. we had cockroaches in the food. The blankets were smelly. No hot water. I don't know if they do it purposely. Morning they remove the fuse and they say there is no power. The owner stays there itself. In their room everything will work fine. I don't understand how that happens. We all had to take bath in cold water. Its a very bad place to stay with kids. They never reduce the charges even if we say we did not have hot water. The owner never even responds. They just ignore. We had a horrible experience. The worst part is, there were some people who vacated the room. They never changed the bed spread or blankets. They just folded and kept it for the next clients who were waiting to check in. The cups and plates are not washed properly. Very unhygienic and dirty place. Specially they don't wash the blankets or sheets. Strictly not recommended for family (especially with kids)”
