“I was introduced to Henann by my Filipino family and we stayed in Henann Boracay before we came here in Tawala. Well Henann positioned themselves as luxury 5 stars but there’s a few basic amenities that makes me rethink if i will stay with Henann again, probably not. Shower If I know I am staying in a higher end hotel I usually pack light on my toiletries as I assume proper shower gel, shampoo, in-room slipper, and bathrobe will be provided. But none of the above are provided in this 5 star hotel. They only provide a small soap and a very low quality shampoo and conditioner. First world problems i guess 🤣 Water They only provide 2 small bottles a day. I have to try very hard to request for additional bottles in this hotel group. I ended up just head out to the nearer 7-11 to get my own water. Staff and service This is one of the areas we like most about Henann, the people. All the staff we encountered are very well-trained and friendly, thumbs up to all the crews 👍 Pool We do enjoy the pool but won’t recommend getting the direct pool access room as the pool is open to all hotel guests, so you’ll see stranger swimming right through your front door. Food The hotel breakfast is okay but I’ll rate it as below average for a luxury hotel standard. The selection is very limited and it gets extremely crowded. Only black coffee and tea is provided, no latte or cappuccino etc”

“Resort was a good place to stay. It's a few minutes walk towards the main road with different restaurants along going to the public beach front of Panglao (approximately 10-15min walk). Resort's facilities may need more improvements. The room was cleanly arranged but the comfort room door couldn't lock or even close. The TV was in a different language which made it difficult to navigate and the staff was not sure how to solve it. Breakfast meal that they provided was so-so. They do have a good pool wherein its depth ranges between 4-8 feet. Overall, its a fair price to stay but I do think there are a few things they need to improve with regards to their facilities and services.”

“A shame they call themselves a luxury resort. The way they treat guest awful, don’t listen and don’t try to make you feel better. Shortly - booked 3 nights in private pool villa, the room stinks from old wood smell, lots of bugs, the area around in full of trash we had a frog in the bathroom at night, ants in bed and toilet and on top of all - snake inside the room! We took our stuff and left after one night and the hotel didn’t take responsibility. The money didn’t return. Just don’t book it!! Help yourself and save your vacation!”
