Timberland Highlands Resort
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 PM

Timberland heights, LOT 2 Clubhouse Dr, San Mateo, 1850 Rizal, Philippines

“The place itself is breathtaking especially the view of the whole Metro Manila. It has good amenities and room tho I still find it pricey compared to other hotels I've been too. Their food is good but not top tier. The highlight, for me, is their crew service, their crews are dedicated and enthusiastic.”

The Farm At San Benito
4.5
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

119 Barangay, Lipa, 4217 Batangas, Philippines

“It is easily accessible as it can be reached in 2 hours by road. I would say that the experience in San Benito is what you paid for here. Other than the room that is underwhelming for me, their offerings such as massages and hydrotherapy are top-notch, though you have to pay for a lot for it. The food is quite good to our surprise, especially their vegan offerings at Alive. I recommend this for couples who want a high-end weekend R&R outside the city.”

Antipolo Star Resort
4.4
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Mayor F. De Jesus Sr., Payong, Antipolo, 1870 Rizal, Philippines

“I only came for an afternoon on the waterslides and I did not get a room, so this is the only thing I am reviewing. I was disappointed for 2 reasons: 1) the waterslides are only open from 1 PM to 3 PM in the weekends. In the week days they are closed and only the small children slides are open. 2) you are not allowed to access the structure with only the entrance ticket, but you have to rent a gazebo too. (minimum 1000 PHP in the website there is no mention of neither of the items above.”

Cattleya Resort
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Sitio Ibabaw, Colaique, Bo. San Roque, Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines

“Pool 5 Maricor - View is average at best, full of obstructions from the trees and you wont really get a clear city skyline view. The ref was not functioning. NO WIFI and POOR DATA signal. The place and pool size is quite good though. Overall, for the 22k price, I'd recommend to check other pools or places.”

Nawawalang Paraiso

2HXC+99H, Camaysa Tayabas, Tayabas, 4327 Quezon Province, Philippines

“This is a rating for the poolside bar only. The more tenured staff was excellent. I think it was Mark? Tacos can use more mexican authenticity also.”

Filomena Springs Nature Resort & Farm (formerly Villa Filomena Natural Spring Resort)

Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay
4.5
( 8 reviews )

134 Tagaytay - Alfonso Road Brgy, Alfonso, 4123 Cavite, Philippines

“I recently stayed at Hillcreek Gardens to attend a wedding, and the location is just so refreshing and serene. If you’re looking to get away from the city, this is it. Location: It is about 10-15 minutes away by car to the busy Tagaytay areas like Taal Vista and Skyranch, and easily accessible thru the new Calax. Ambiance: Hillcreek’s lush greenery is just heaven. The sprawling grounds will help you forget that right outside is a busy road. There’s a lot of trees and flowers and open spaces, and the air is fresh and cold. Bring a jacket just to be sure. Rooms: I stayed in the Casitas area, which is where their older rooms are housed. The rooms are comfy, not big but not small either. Bathrooms are okay but a little on the older side, and a little narrow. Closets come with an ironing board (useful!). The extra bed was surprisingly comfy. The window looks out onto the terrace, but you will be seen from the outside since the path outside is right by the window. Food: The Blue Room is where the breakfast buffet is served. Lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a fair amount of choices for breakfast ranging from salad, to bread and jam, to the typical Filipino meal, among others. The most memorable part of breakfast has to be the taho display in the corner that serves real taho—warm and sweet! You can also order from their menu during lunch or dinner which is pretty convenient. Service: The overall service of Hillcreek Gardens is exemplary. Wherever you go, you will be greeted by staff with a bright smile. Need something? No problem. Lost? No problem. Staff are really really easy to speak to. Parking: Hillcreek Gardens comes with some parking slots, but may be challenging if multiple events or a wedding is happening since it’s limited. I didn’t count but you can probably fit about 20 vehicles, with some manoeuvring required. Cons: The plenty of open spaces means that when it rains/drizzles, you will get wet when moving from some buildings to the next. It happened to rain/drizzle quite a bit during our stay so getting back to our rooms when this happened was a little bothersome. There are a lot of steps going to the various locations, so older people might find it difficult to get around. There are ramps and roads inside, but they’re not all linked together so certain areas are not as accessible by car or wheelchair. Going up and down the steps when it’s wet/drizzling is also something to watch out for. Overall, I feel like the few cons of the location are far outweighed by the beautiful location, good food and great staff service. Very nice place to have weddings and parties, and to attend them.”

Coco Mountain Resort
4.3
( 8 reviews )

Lot 1, Blk 8 Lolo Tinong Subd., Rodriguez, 1860 Rizal, Philippines

“The place has a very good view of the mountain. Service staff is respectful and courteous. The rest room and shower room needs improvement. They need to add more of essential fixtures in the communal shower rooms and toilets. The NYC room needs to have a bathroom inorder for it to be commensurate to its rate. The ambiance is quite faithful to its intended feel and has a potential to be a really good place to unwind and recreate.”

Villa Jovita Resort
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

WW79+J8J, Batangas, Philippines

“Villa Jovita is a riverside pool resort located in Agoncillo, Batangas. I can say that the entrance fee is okay given that the cottages are free and you can pick any. Expect that the place is under renovation so some of the cottages and the place are not so well maintained. They also don't serve food so bring your own or you can walk outside the villa. There is a nearby cafeteria where you can order. The theme park is located behind the villa so you can't find them with the pools. It's separated from the resort itself. Parking space is huge so there is plenty of space. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a place to escape the heat of summer. You can visit this place to cool down.”

Summit Ridge Tagaytay

Km 58 General Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“Spent extra and got a king room with a view of Taal. The view was worth every extra penny/piso. Our 8th floor room was a bit run down and needed some cosmetic work. Wind blew in around the door, it needed new seals. Otherwise, no real …”

Hotel Dominique
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Km. 55 Aguinaldo Hiway ,, Barangay Maitim II, Emilio Aguinaldo Hwy, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“We have stayed here multiple times but their performance has been consistently regressing. Despite the feedback and requests, their bathroom would still have leaks. Wifi is very poor. Their breakfast is not consistent, it gets less and less (selection) everyday. We still had to remind and ask for replenishment of supplies. Receptionists are not very good at customer service.”

Al Fresco Springs Resort
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Lakewood Subdivision, Lot 28 Block 30, Tom's Creek St. Brgy, Los Baños, 4030 Laguna, Philippines

“Decent hot spring resort in Laguna. I stayed here with my family (20 people) and it was okay. It has 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds, open dining/living areas, and a large pool with kiddie section. Here are just some of comments: - Rooms can be spruced up a bit, they look very bare - There are some kitchen items but would have been better if they can also provide plates and utensils (also to do away with disposable plastic ones that guests have to bring) - Videoke cutoff is supposed to be at 10PM but neighboring pool (also owned by Al Fresco) had guests singing loudly past midnight. Also no dedicated ktv room in the resorts so you can hear singing all day thru the night (not very relaxing) We still had enjoyable time overall.”

Aquascape Lake Caliraya
4.5
( 16 reviews )

Barangay Kanluran, Cavinti, 4014 Laguna, Philippines

“Very nice place. Ordered food is good here. Very beautiful scenery and quiet energy. Clean room and toilet. Solid place to relax and do nothing, all the activities were quite pricey so it might be boring if staying longer than overnight but that's ok 4 stars only because no free toilet paper.”

Estrellas De Mendoza Playa Resort
3.8
( 16 reviews )

MC85+XPX, Barangay Laiya Ibabao, San Juan, Laiya, Batangas, Philippines

“The good: • That scenic elevator. • Rooms are spacious and could fit 5 to 6 persons. • Rooms have veranda and decent bathroom. • Courteous staff. • Scenic infinity pool. • Pool side cabana looks great. The bad: • The beach is clean, but is not that beautiful. • Water activities can be limited. • Food can be so-so. • Relatively far. Overall, the resort has good amenities, a big swimming pool, cable TV, clean and spacious rooms, among others. The place is ideal for families or company outings.”
