“Pool is family friendly and has wonderful kid slides. Walk to beach is short and pretty clean. Restaurant and buffet is not good, but whole area lacks good restaurants. The only super convenient thing is it is easy to enter hotel ne in tourist pickup location apps. Neighborhood and most of hotel is exclusively Russians. You will be lucky to hear any Thai staying here.”

“The room smells like people smoked inside it, the smell stayed even we opened windows and air conditioning, the toilet and the water in the bathroom was dark and unclear most of the time, the breakfast was less than basic comparing to other hotels we stayed in phuket, the price are super overrated and the value for money is very low. The hotel is on the beach with direct access to the beach and that what maybe make it somehow attractive to tourists, but this consideration for me was a mistake because there are a lot more options to choose who are also close to the beach.”

“Amazing hotel amazing amazing, besides the fact that the hotel is 5 stars in full, they also think about all the little things that are put in your room, the room itself with the private pool was exceptional, also the quality of the facilities in the room were at a very high level, an amazing stay experience that you can get Everything you want through the hotel's app. Amazing staff who are attentive and want to help with anything you want. Two things I must point out, but they did not harm the experience of the stay. The hotel is a bit far from restaurants and the center, but taxis are cheap so no problem. 2. The food at breakfast was delicious and very varied, but the restaurant itself for lunch/dinner did not meet 5 star standards at all, we will be disappointed with the food we ordered in the evening, so the second evening we ate at another restaurant. Other than that it was the best experience we had at the hotel. Thank you !!”

The ocean-view villa was stunning; spa and gym were excellent; food and drinks were on a very high standard; and above all, the people were super friendly and service oriented. “I'm sad to give this rating but I want people to know and for the manager to correct their mistakes. The room was great, the pool is great, price is a bit expensive, but….. The customer satisfaction is most important and from the check in process, I was quickly not comfortable with the staff. The check out process is what really disappointed me and made me angry! When a customer checks out of his room and asks to hang out by the pool for 30 minutes till he has to leave you must say of course! But no, they said no I cannot stay, you check out… and after I told her that's not okay, she quickly changed her mind to yes you can stay, but I decided to leave with my bags. A full on experience is from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. Disappointed with this place!”

“Rooms large, however, not clean every day, service staff barely speak English, most of the items on the menus are not available, free shuttle to go to the beach however at pick time fight for your place))) or take the nearest tuktuk for 200Bhat, swimming pool not really clean, etc... The tour sold it to us as excellent options and a 4-star hotel well very disappointed. I have been many time in the past many times in Thailand, and it seems that it was magic 20 to 15 years ago... the "must" be a place to be on vacation, all excursions getting old and place get that busy that you are lucky if you get to see Maya Bay or other... Without to say than the rate change makes Thailand not cheap anymore and is really not worth it, and many new destinations are such more a better deals.”
