“We had a great stay in Jungle Bay resort. We were in the jacuzzi villa. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was great and one of the highlights and also the service was very good. Special mention for the spa services specially Salma. The spa was very good and rejuvenating. Overall a must visit.”

“Our recent stay at "Cybele Resort" in Kerala was far from satisfactory. Initially quoted one price, we were shocked to find the cost had doubled upon checkout due to undisclosed fees,Resort was marred by a sudden price hike during checkout. The resort's failure to communicate clearly and the lengthy wait made it a frustrating experience. We had no choice but to pay the inflated rate and leave, tarnishing our overall impression of an otherwise beautiful place. Caution to others: be wary of unexpected issues and ensure clarity on pricing at "Cybele Resort" to avoid any unpleasant surprises.”
