“We stayed four wonderful days in room 3. The view from our terrace was marvelous; and we enjoyed the facilities. Shout out to Silvia (and her team) at breakfast, and to Rachelle (sp) at dinner for making our stay that much better. Took a star off for the questioning by the pony tailed girl in the spa facility. Came straight up to me, and without so much as a greeting asked if I spoke Italian. Then asked for my name. I enquired if something was the matter and she walked right off without so much as an answer nor an acknowledgement. Beyond rude. Basic manners and courtesy can be extended in any language.”
