“It is easily accessible as it can be reached in 2 hours by road. I would say that the experience in San Benito is what you paid for here. Other than the room that is underwhelming for me, their offerings such as massages and hydrotherapy are top-notch, though you have to pay for a lot for it. The food is quite good to our surprise, especially their vegan offerings at Alive. I recommend this for couples who want a high-end weekend R&R outside the city.”

“Villa Jovita is a riverside pool resort located in Agoncillo, Batangas. I can say that the entrance fee is okay given that the cottages are free and you can pick any. Expect that the place is under renovation so some of the cottages and the place are not so well maintained. They also don't serve food so bring your own or you can walk outside the villa. There is a nearby cafeteria where you can order. The theme park is located behind the villa so you can't find them with the pools. It's separated from the resort itself. Parking space is huge so there is plenty of space. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a place to escape the heat of summer. You can visit this place to cool down.”

“The good: • That scenic elevator. • Rooms are spacious and could fit 5 to 6 persons. • Rooms have veranda and decent bathroom. • Courteous staff. • Scenic infinity pool. • Pool side cabana looks great. The bad: • The beach is clean, but is not that beautiful. • Water activities can be limited. • Food can be so-so. • Relatively far. Overall, the resort has good amenities, a big swimming pool, cable TV, clean and spacious rooms, among others. The place is ideal for families or company outings.”
