“Very rude customer service. I came in with store credit but I had to use it all at once. I said they can keep the rest because they were closing. But no they can’t do that for some reason even though they would gain the extra money. The workers were all smirking and standing around doing absolutely nothing while this was taking place. So I then purchased my items and wanted to just cash out the store credit. For some reason the worker said they don’t cash out the pay stubs from donating items. Even though I have done this before. They are so rude in there and I will not ever return.”

My fiancé and I shop here on a regular basis. the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. they offer all sorts of retro and current game systems and accessories that you can barely find online. Picked up a beautiful record player from here at half the price that it was purchased new. My go to spot to avoid having to shop at big corporations for my electronics like target and Best Buy it’s nice to support a local business that’s doing it right!!! The elderly woman at the counter has a garbage attitude and doesn’t seem to like any customers shopping there. Save your money and shop else where. DO NOT bring your collectibles here, the owner will completely rip you off. Even if you end up selling or trading, it depends if HE wants it and then will over charge it to the next sucker that walks in.”

“Located downtown in the Arts District . I love going into old Antique Stores and seeing things I remember and hoping to find something that I may want to buy if I can get a good deal on it . It's like going back in time . First thing when you come in , they have lockers for you to put your backpack in or shopping bag , which I can see since this is not the greatest neighborhood , but they are trying to improve the area . It is a bit of a maze , but not hard to get your way around . I have been to the Charleston location by Arizona Charlie's Casino and it is bigger and takes a while to get around to everything . It is pretty clean and somewhat organized . It is a mix of old casino stuff as to be expected and stuff from the 70's and 80's . I liked the section with all the Tiki stuff . That was really cool . I was asked several times if I needed help , like 5 times . I know you are watching out for shoplifters , but I don't need to be followed around and I am really looking for stuff , not just browsing . I am in my 50's and not a shoplifter or homeless person and I do not look or dress like one . So , it was not a pleasant way to be looked at while shopping in the store . I unfortunately didn't find any of the things I was looking for . I did enjoy the trip back in time , except for being followed around like a criminal . I've never experienced that at the Charleston location .”

Everything is very well organized, and they had an awesome selection of Halloween themed clothes and a large stash of winter holiday sweaters, as well as dance/club wear. But my favorite was the rack of "sea captain" sweaters. Very reasonable prices, and some great sale deals. Definitely worth a visit if you like thrifted clothes and unique trendy 90s look fashion!”

“The store is definitely for people who have money to spend. There was a beat-up pair of chuck tailors that I saw $25. I think it runs about 60 bucks on the Convers website. There's other thrift stores that wouldn't sell it anymore than $15. Probably 10. But that's obviously not the point of what they're trying to do here. They're catering to people with a specific esthetic. Individuals who wanna look poor but obviously are not? Lol They do have some really interesting costumes. Like disco seventies type of stuff , flapper party dresses, marching band the uniforms, cheerleader uniforms, the like. I did buy a belt here a while back that was $15. The painting on it chipped 2 days after I brought it home. However, I literally have not seen one like it ever. Even after all these years. As far as the stuff that was falling apart.... the stuff that was falling apart that I saw was in the 50% off section. I don't know. Maybe if you're into fixing things up and making it into something new, it can be a good use? All in all, this is a vintage boutique, not a thrift store, so keep that in mind when you're coming here. I'd say it's a great place to go if you wanna have fun with a friend and try on funny outfits and have a good time.”

Recently, I moved into the neighborhood and stumbled upon this shop while on a walk; the windows spoke to me, so I proceeded in and was delighted to find the most incredible array of curated objects I've seen in ages: from mid-century furniture to vintage graphic tees, this place has it all. I am thrilled to have discovered this gem as I am currently outfitting my new apartment, and their furniture selection is next level--as is their customer service team. I was approached by this doll of a human, May, and she walked me through the store, showing me everything they currently had; we landed on a dresser that I do hope fit the space I have, and if it does, I'll be back to purchase. The best part of my time in the store and chatting with May and learning of the incredible work this business does for charity--bravo!”
