“This was so much fun! You will definitely work up a sweat and I would bot recommend this for people who have a harder time moving (elderly, knee/back problems, etc) as there is quite a lot of physical activity required. That being said, I would totally come back. They did have the floor grid room out of service which was disappointing (no discount and that’s considering that is one of the most sought out rooms) and I would totally recommend going when there isn’t a lot of people because there is a limit to how many people can go in the rooms at a time and your time is running even if you aren’t playing, so you wouldn’t get to play too much if there were wait times. *EDIT* added some fun videos! Totally recommend coming in cool clothes because it gets hot quite quickly!”

“Staff is friendly. Just not super attentive. When we got there nobody was at the counter. About a minute passed before someone meandered over to us and helped. The theatre is a bit run down- it’s $5 though so I’m not complaining much. I’d like to see better staff and more smiles. They are probably underpaid. But- raise your prices by a hair and get better people- more will come. Probably good how it is. Love the experience, always wishing it was a touch deeper bass.”

“We had a BLAST! We literally could've stayed here all day and night lol if only our bank account would allow it. There are so many fun games for kids and adults! They also serve pizza (HUGE SLICES), sodas, and offer a good adult beverage selection. There will never be a time that we visit Gatlinburg and don't go to Arcadia!”
