“Layered left a mixed impression with an overall 2-star rating. Despite having a reservation, the lack of a reserved table led to an inconvenient 20-minute wait. The restaurant's loud ambiance made conversations challenging, diminishing the dining experience. Unfortunately, my order was mishandled, and although the manager promptly addressed the issue, the resolution lacked an apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. The delayed correct order, arriving 10 minutes later, further dampened the dining experience. On a positive note, the introduction of a food-delivering robot added a cool touch to the atmosphere. However, the novelty couldn't compensate for the subpar service and average food. Layered has potential but needs significant improvements in service and attention to customer satisfaction.”

“One of my favorite places to go to! I have gone to this location so many times that I’ve received three free drinks via stamp cards. The drinks here are delicious and the options for each drink allow you to try something new every time. The staff is always friendly and prepare drinks in a timely manner. The woman that owns the location actually personally helped me pick out the drink that I get every time now after tiring of my old one. I used to drink a strawberry milk tea with just the tapioca pearls but now my order is a Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca and Lychee Jellies and oh my goodness it hits the spot every time! Overall I always have a great experience there and I am sure I’ll be a customer for as long as they stay in business.”
