Abel Tasman Aquataxi
4.8
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 08:00 AM

275 Sandy Bay-Marahau Road, Mārahau 7197, New Zealand

“We just booked on the morning, wanted to ask advice on where to go /options in person. It’s busy though if you do that when we did in Jan. So if you know where you want to go then book online. Many options to go to different parts of the 5 day track. We had a taxi take us back from anchorage and they drive the boat up into a trailer with wheels and literally drive you back on a road in the boat to their carpark. Incredible”

Wilsons Abel Tasman

( 8 reviews )

1, Kaiteriteri-Sandy Bay Road, Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri 7197, New Zealand

“Full Cruise Tour in perfect weather and sea conditions, beautiful marine vista's, good map and commentary. A good length of time going in and out of the bays.”

Mi-pad Queenstown Hotel
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

4 Henry Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand

“My partner and I stayed here for x2 nights: Deluxe Queen with Mountain views. Nice, clean and modern. Ice/water dispensers & coffee machine on our level (no alternative milks). Amazingly close location to town without being too hustle/bustle. Like 500m from town & Fergberger etc. Bathroom/toilets are interesting; with a glass door for privacy- you can hear each other whilst on the toilet/showering. Our shower water was Luke warm from our second morning, night & the final morning before our 10am check out. Overall, would definitely stay there again for a simplistic & affordable stay.”

Kawhia Hot Water Beach
4.5
( 8 reviews )

3331 Te Puia Road, Kawhia 3889, New Zealand

“I visited in Winter, and was not here for the Hot Water, but to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the surroundings. It is a bit of a climb up the sand dune, (each side) and if you are not fit, could be a little bit of a challenge. I found the beach was lovely and quiet, but has lovely views. Worth the trip even if not here for the Hot Water Beach. There is warning signs re summer that the sand can be very hot, so if going then, be prepared with footwear, and consider your dog if you are taking one in summer.”

Cape Kidnappers
4.7
( 10 reviews )

Hawke's Bay, New Zealand

“Another beautiful day 13/19/2023 in the Hawks Bay Region. The walk to Cape Kidnappers (Te Kauwae-a-Māui) must be taken during low tide and apparently takes 5 hours or more to walk. We did not partake and just enjoyed the view from this point. The cape also has the world's largest Gannet.”

Tarawera Trail
4.6
( 10 reviews )
Open until 09:00 PM

1180 Tarawera Road, Lake Tarawera, Rotorua 3076, New Zealand

“Well marked trail, very pretty. We completed a return trip to Hot Water Beach and back to the car park in one day. There are toilets along the trail and resting spots with picnic tables too. If you run low on water on the return trip - there is a fresh water spring that you can refill your bottles or bladder at. The trail itself is narrow in parts - almost like goat tracks. You will need good footwear as it is a technical trail and take your togs with you for a soak in the hot water. Brilliant hike, highly recommend if you are a keen hiker.”
