Anchor Courtyard, 32 Gower St, Liverpool L3 4AS, United Kingdom
“Always wanted to see some of these iconic places which have been etched into my brain over decades of listening to The Beatles. Will never hear some of the songs in the same way again now! Special mention of Dale who does what he does incredibly well and is full of passion, brilliant tour guide, brilliant tour, brilliant city.”

“Magdeburg water bridge is one of the top tourist attraction spot which is just located outside of city but there is a highway links to Berlin. You can access the bridge on foot or by bicycle. It’s quite long and accessible from both side. The scenic beauty of the river over river something mesmeric. The bridge is a great example of Mechanical Engineering. There is a option of enjoying the sights by reserving cruize.”
Am Litermont 40, 66809 Nalbach, Germany
“Extraordinary trail with so many unique viewpoints, paths, and small shrines. There is a super interesting shelter from WWII as well. It’s nice for both hiking and cycling. There is also a huge parking facility that you can access easily and it’s free.”
Hinterm Teich 9, An den Rila-Gärten 2, 32351 Stemwede, Germany
“The food was of exceptionally bad quality and some of the products tasted as if they were not freshly prepared but from a can or pot. The beef was ordered as medium to well done, but received half warm and completely overcooked. Moreover the waiting time before and between the dishes was over an hour and then not even served to all people at the same time. In addition the staff was severly slow, rude and making unwanted jokes. After having ordered a sprite and not receiving it after 20, I asked a waiter why it takes so long; after which I received it from the waiter. Yet another waitress tried to bring the same drink 25 minutes later. To me this means that it would have been served after 45 minutes... All in all I would not recommend this restaurant. A complete waste of money.”
Hafenstraße 1, 04442 Zwenkau, Germany
“The place and views are fantastic. At the beginning of April it is a quiet place. However, the parking in the harbour does not work well. We wanted to stay over night on a pitch, where you can buy electricity. The harbour master refused to speak English, okay we explained in German (BTW all signs are in German only). He said he did not have the key, he could not switch it on but all the German campervans around us had electricity. We did not feel happy with the treatment. Nevertheless, staying there was calm and the countryside is lovely. We paid 10 EUR for parking from 18.30 until 7.30 in the morning.”
Kloster-Eberbach-Str. 1, 65346 Eltville am Rhein, Germany
“I can really recommend you to visit during a weekday. Other day’s it is no fun with all the other visitors. There’s a lot to see from this historic site, have you seen the film called THE NAME OF THE ROSE 🌹 with Sean Connery? It was filmed here! There is a hotel and a restaurant here too and some lovely walk’s the staff whom I met where very helpful and knowledgeable. 👍🏻”
Berlepsch 1, 37218 Witzenhausen, Germany
“Very nice place to stay. We were in the iconic green ball. The staff were super nice and helpful. Great room, lovely sauna, nice breakfast.”
Nikolskoer Weg, 14109 Berlin, Germany
“Great walks around with experience on the ferries. Could have really done some trail running there. Great view and a great place for picnic and beer in the sun. Totally worth the trip out of Berlin.”
neben dem Haupteingang des Museums der bildenden Künste, Katharinenstraße 8, 04109 Leipzig, Germany
“Nice, but unfortunately the Germans speak very little English here, they whisper to each other!”
Württembergstraße, 70327 Stuttgart, Germany
“Great time with my young adult children.... the Alpakas are wonderful with alot of personality... our guide was nice and patient. Definitely will go back when I'm in Struttgart again ..”
Rathauspl. 2-4, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany
“I visited just when they were about to close. Staff immediately went from speaking English to us to speaking full German, which was difficult for us. I understand that your work shift is over, but you did not need to treat tourists that way just to get them to leave quickly.”
Theaterplatz an der Augustusbrücke, 01067 Dresden, Germany
“Comments relate to the regular city tour- Stops at many of the neat areas of the city. Dresden is quite a beautiful city on both sides of the Elbe. Non- German language translation is available on headset, but it is hard to hear because the regular German narrative is on the loudspeaker on the bus. The narrative is not always timed to the scene. Seats are not that comfortable. For a first time visitor, it provided a good basic history and introduction to the city.”
Hafenpromenade 8a 24376, Kappeln, Germany
“Mainly a marina, still some nice restaurants already open, a lot of building going on still - much quieter then Kappeln - Cappuccino and Salmonroll at the Hafenkante w. Harbourview was lovely !”
