“Difficult to grant a star for the service I received. I brought a nice and old Breitling for repair (broken bracelet). Didn't get any phone call in 2 weeks, called but no answer, emailed twice without response. Went there and picked-up my watch back un-repaired. I also informed about the lack of communication and got a very nice "sorry". Last but not least, I also receive a very nice advice: "for such watch you'd rather go and see an independent watch-repairman." Needless to say that I could not believe my ears. In short, medieval service. By the way I am also sorry for Breitling to be represented by such an amateur shop in the center of beautiful Aix. Big disconnect.”
