“Well, I had a wonderful experience at the Maple showroom in Fiza By Nexus mall. The employees were very friendly as well as professional. I was well guided by Mr Santosh, one of the employees at the franchise. He gave me a detailed review of what I wanted to purchase and even more. Although the servers had minor issues, he took his time to get it fixed and helped me a lot. So, 5 star ratings from my end to the hospitality, the guidance which was provided to me by the Team and one extra star to Mr Santosh. I will definitely visit the Store again!”

“This brand is literally the worse I came across, me being a first time customer to J&W didn't have a pleasant online shopping experience. So I had to return the product and these guys at the time of refund deduct certain amount they claim as reverse logistics and shipping charges instead of giving back the whole amount, I mean I've paid the full amount at the time of purchase and you're bound to refund the whole amount and blaming your return policy for that. Worst ever! I'd recommend people to rather switch to other popular brands such Titan, Rolex etc.”
