“Ni Chen is the person you want to look for at Kennedy in Chadstone. She has been looking after me for years at the store, extremely knowledgeable and recommends the most suited Rolex configurations for my Mum, Sister and myself. She always goes above and beyond. For example, there was one instance when I requested the Rolex Boucher, but they have ran out of stock, she ensured there was an additional copy kept aside for me the next time I visit. (Thank you so much again, I love flipping through the catalog looking at all the beautiful pieces I would love to own one day). She is extremely patient and you would never feel like you have a rushed experience at the store, always fun to try out new display pieces! Although I do not have a huge budget to splash out on watches, she treats me like a valued client. Her professionalism is unparalleled, and my experience has been amazing so far which has made me a loyal Kennedy client instead of going to other boutiques and have a terrible experience.
