Today I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink that was because of the new drain. I called them at eight am this morning however i was told Monday 8:00 am is soonest to come back out. From reading the entire manual on the insert we purchased to inspecting all the hardware in and around our fireplace to make sure everything was safe. He went above and beyond our expectations. There was a slight communication issue about our scheduled appointment time but it says more about a company’s integrity and work ethic on how they fix a mistake than the mistake itself. 5 stars doesn’t seem like a high enough rating for the service we received because we had the best experience. Jacob was professional and personable and it felt like we were just catching up with an old friend. We will be using PURE plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them within our community.”

The service technicians were at our house right on the dot as scheduled. The water heater was installed professionally and quickly. The technicians were respectful of property and cleaned up really well after the job was finished. The install was clean and we had hot water again in no time.
