“Today I got a belly button piercing with Jess S, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm arms by the lady at the front desk (didn't get her name) She proceeded to guide me about signing a form online for my piercing. A friend came in with me and was in the room while I was getting my belly done. Jess was so calming, kind, and supportive as I was nervous to get it done, she let my friend hold my hand and counted me down, after the piercing I felt a bit dizzy (I did eat was just nerves) so they gave me some water and a lollipop. The service was absolutely amazing as they cared for me so well and couldn't thank them enough for an experience and an awesome new piercing :)”

“Above and beyond expectations!!! I booked in for a luxury pedicure and it was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had in a salon! It started with a warm and friendly greeting then escorted to a private dimmed lighted room with peaceful ocean sounds. Heidi had clear communication throughout explaining exactly what was happening next. I had a warm wheat pack of my eyes laying on a massage bed. The pedicure started with removing all dead skin followed up with an exfoliating salt scrub and full warm oil leg and foot massage. Heidi took her time (1.5 hours!) with every step to make sure you had an indulging experience. Due to having my appointment rescheduled they even gave a complimentary parffin wax which left my skin feeling soft and moisturised. I’ve never been so happy with a service my toes look absolutely incredible and I will never be able to go back to a normal over stimulating over crowed nail salon again. This was not just a pedicure this was an experience. I will certainly be gifting this to any new mummas or friends/family that need a little pampering. Thank you for all being such kind wonderful people that love what you do! If only I could give more stars!! 11/10!!!!”
