“We will not be going back!!! We used the lady closest to the register - I think her name was Krissy. She got an attitude when I told her that we were going to have to cut the hair around my sons cowlicks shorter and started just cutting chunks of hair. When I showed her that his hair was now uneven, she said “Well, I just can’t make you happy.” Big attitude. She acted like she didn’t want to cut his hair to begin with. We will never be back. Total chop job. Now he has choppy, uneven hair for Easter.”

“Came here for a brunch, beautiful atmosphere, the music was all over the place and didn’t match the ambiance, service wasn’t very good at all, she was nice but one of the lower tier services i’ve experienced in austin, especially for a nicer place. food was alright but nothing special, the carnitas taco was very good but the bacon one was not, the server set an alcoholic drink in front of me two different times despite me not ordering any alcohol at all, took an hour before we got to order any food, just not much attention was paid i feel and probably wouldn’t come back! cute place though”

“I’ve been here a couple of times. It’s always hit or miss with the service. They treat you like cattle just trying to get their money. This last time I had my nails dipped. The man used already used acetone and then put mine back in the bottle as well. Then told me it would be extra cause he had to cut my nails down. It has been a week since I had my nails done and have already had 4 chip. I went back the next day to get one fixed and was greeted with an attitude. I am a cosmetologist and know how things are supposed to be done. And this is not it.”
