Had interesting stations set up to prep food but what is the point of cooking marinara in a frying pan to put over cold pasta? That should be done in the kitchen.”

“Attended a beautiful wedding for a friend here today. The ceremony was in the sunken garden and the staff seemed very attentive. The horse drawn carriage bringing the bride to the ceremony was a great touch. Afterwards the cocktail hour was top notch. Now, I'm aware that the bride and groom wanted to have a very special day and they did with lobster rolls at the cocktail hour among carving stations, musicians and so much more.service was great and bartenders were friendly. Dinner had no flaws and food was excellent. My filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus were perfect.Only criticism might be that no wait staff came around to ask if we wanted more wine after they first poured at the beginning of the meal. They grabbed the wine glasses pretty quickly. Overall a very nice event and night.”

“My husband and I had our wedding here last June (this is way overdue)! We had about 175 guests in the Camelot main ballroom. I chose this venue because they had incredible indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony and cocktail hour, all of which are separate spaces so you do not have to worry about spaces being flipped. Being an anxious bride, I did not want the wedding day to heavily weigh on the weather conditions. Something I did not realize that will make or break your day is the staff. Pat, the event manager was responsive and patient with all of my questions, requests, etc. It was evident that he has great experience and I felt assured he would make sure everything ran smoothly on the day-of. He made sure everything was coordinated perfectly so each part of the day ran on time. Diana was my bridal attendant. She had a great can do attitude the entire day and was so helpful with keeping everything running. She was able to anticipate most things I would want or need before I even did. The bartenders were excellent and kept the drinks flowing. The food menu was expansive and the dishes I did try were delicious. The grounds were very manicured. The venue and the patio area were just renovated so everything was pristine. This venue does help a lot with the planning, timelines, recommended vendors, coordination and everything else a first time bride would need. I greatly appreciate Swan Club for having us on our special day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning their wedding!”

“Had a event here for work. The facility itself was clean and looked nice. Breakfast was served and was pretty. Would have loved to have seen coffee karafs on the tables for attendees to have been able to easily refill their cups without having to disrupt the flow of the meeting by having to get up and walk to the back of the room for a refill. The PA system also had issues with feedback that the facility staff lacked knowledge to correct.”

We wanted to know the price right away prior to taking the tour, but Jason did amazing by showing us the place first prior to getting down to business. We left the Grand, stopped to see another venue before heading home but let me tell you, you cannot compare. Soon as I got home, we made our mind up, The Grand final answer. Next day bright and early, I called Jason and told him it’s a go. Trust me when I say, they pay attention to everything you tell them, Jason was with me every step of the way. He was so nice that it did not feel like it was all business, very understanding, very patient and they will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. The amount of food, fun and good time my guests and us had was unbelievable. They’re very generous, so much food, your guests will be well fed. Drinks, everywhere. The staffs oh my! Katie is the kindest, sweetest person and I had no doubt that everything would be perfect when it came to the day of (and it was). The day of, we had Caroline as our hostess. She was so wonderful and helpful, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! (I’m pretty sure by the end of the night I told her I loved her and asked her to be my new best friend.)
