“A study in contrasts. Place was beautiful and service was good but food was bland, insufficient parking, and a lot of little irritants like broken plumbing, no paper towels, trash overflowing. Had interesting stations set up to prep food but what is the point of cooking marinara in a frying pan to put over cold pasta? That should be done in the kitchen.”

“Attended a beautiful wedding for a friend here today. The ceremony was in the sunken garden and the staff seemed very attentive. The horse drawn carriage bringing the bride to the ceremony was a great touch. Afterwards the cocktail hour was top notch. Now, I'm aware that the bride and groom wanted to have a very special day and they did with lobster rolls at the cocktail hour among carving stations, musicians and so much more.service was great and bartenders were friendly. Dinner had no flaws and food was excellent. My filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus were perfect.Only criticism might be that no wait staff came around to ask if we wanted more wine after they first poured at the beginning of the meal. They grabbed the wine glasses pretty quickly. Overall a very nice event and night.”
