“Ample parking with handicapped spaces. Membership prices reasonable, more so with the Plus membership with free shipping on many items, early shopping and free curbside pick up. The staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms kept clean and stocked. Food court and seating available. Good for bulk shop savings while individual items are cost comparable with other stores. I am made to feel like a criminal while having to wait until my cart is scanned and checked before I can exit the store. Why? About that free curbside perk. A number to call is not provided on the sign at pick up, one must use the Sam's Club App. If I am having to reach for my phone, I would rather call inside knowing someone in there is aware I am awaiting pick up. Instead, I have to reach for my phone, open an app or install it, input the required information and then wait, hoping someone is aware I am awaiting pickup. If not, time goes by and I am inputting again and the story starts over until someone finally comes out. I don't consider it much of a perk and having to use ANY app irritates the hell out of me. If it is required to install an app in order to conduct business with a store it should be stated as being required so I can opt out. It is not stated and as such should not be required for curb side pickup. Technology takes three steps forward, two steps back, over and over again with companies dictating to the consumer what they shall install on their phones. Those apps require consumers to hand over all sorts of permissions. I have read reviews where people who complain about the lack of employees available to assist are told by other reviewers to install the store's app and assist themselves. What?? I'm supposing the next step is to do away with human beings altogether in favor of the almighty app on a phone, and to those behind that app. Get a grip people. A phone is a phone - it is not a life. As I said, this whole App thing with companies irritates the hell out of me. The fact this store requires it for a membership perk along with being detained while trying to exit is enough to keep me from renewing my membership.”

“1st time patient here. & This place sucks for one VERYYY important reason. They do not allow SERVICE ANIMALS inside. This is a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. A clear act of discrimination. They made me go to the pickup window instead of allowing me to shop inside like any other patient/customer & nearly caused me to have a panic attack because I was bombarded at the door by security. As SOON as I walked in. Not only is this stupid, it’s wrong. Illegal. Contradictory to the entire purpose of the law, you treated an individual with a disability differently. They didn’t even let me LEAVE the same way I came in. They MADE ME go out the BACK WAY. I had to walk down the narrow side-street with my service animal and around the block. Who ever made that rule that excludes service animals from entry for this institution is an extremely uneducated human to say it in the nicest way possible. Disgusting. As far as THC products go, they have a decent selection. Middle-man venue, meaning no in-house products. Although, the prices were still affordable even with recreational taxes (for any medical users out of state you still pay rec price). You can get a pre-roll for $3. Go online and check out their prices & product availability before coming in store. If you don’t care about the time you go, and you just want the cheapest price, I would recommend shopping here at least one time. First time purchase is 25% everything in the store. No limits. Lastly, if you come 7am-8am, you can get an “early bird” special for coming in the first hour of opening & that is a 20% discount everything in the store. No limits. “Costco Business Center is very different from the regular Costco stores. There's no gas station, no food court, and it appears much less busy than the regular locations. Parking is easy to find and the spaces are huge! Make sure you bring a big car, everything here is sold in MEGA BULK. I'm talking food service sized. Probably for business owners or caterers. Because there is no way a regular family needs a WHOLE LAMB or a deli slicing machine or a 10 gal bucket of yogurt. Unless 🤔🤔🤔... Anyway, prices are great. A hallmark of Costco. There's a couple spots at the front of the store that is used as a loading zone. Overall, I don't foresee regular people going to a Costco Business Center for a standard Costco run, but it would be a great stop for anyone who's planning a big party or needs large amounts of goods.”

I have even ask 2 staffs there when I was getting the product that if there was a limit on it or not and all of them told me that there is no limit. I can’t believe that this will happened in a place like this. And this happened when I have already paid for my items, when I was ready to go out the door, one of the staff or the manager just ran to my cart telling that she not letting me go away with the things that I have already paid for. Why should I pay for the mistakes that their making. Also is it legal that they force me to return the products that I have already paid for? Is it already became my items after I pay for it? I hope that if the person that ran for restaurant depot can give a an explanation.”

“I was at the garden city location this afternoon around 1:30pm, the cashier at the number 4 cash register was extremely rude and nasty. The bill was $71.65, I gave her a 100 dollar bill and 2 singles, she didn’t understand and wanted to give me the singles back, so I explained to her that I wanted the $30 back without any singles, she immediately shook her head like I was giving her trouble which I thought this way would’ve been easier for her, then she turned around and gave me a 20$bill a 5$bill 5 singles 3 dimes and a nickel , just petty! I told her I didn’t want singles, cause I saw all the 10$ and 5$ bills in the cash register, she goes “ I need all the changes for other customers”, wait what? You need changes for others that’s why you gave me all the changes? By the way, I was nice and respectful the whole time. I went to the manager and told her the whole incident, she was very very nice and apologized to me. But I just feel like I need to write this review again, the same cashier has given attitude before but I didn’t say anything, it takes a lot for me to complain, not to mention even write a review.
