“I expected better prices. It might be ok for customers who by in large quantities. I found coffee more expensive than Safeway. People tend to think Safeway is a bit pricy but I usually find good deals. I liked the prices here in bread also this is the only chain that carries my favourite pita bread. Sun baked pita and the best price of this product is here. $1.99 for the bag of 6. I can’t tell you if prices in large quantities is good or not as I didn’t look into it. Service was excellent I ask for help and she was very helpful. I was going to do a line up to pay and a staff member said the cashier at the end will be happy to help you. I liked that. Cashier asked if there was anything I needed. Staff was very good. Thank you for your good service.”

“Bad customer service by the cashier. I have experienced it twice . First of all judgemental and secondly today the lady was so fast and repeating herself again n again although I was keeping the groceries for her to scan. She pulled the cart towards her which is so humiliating and to note there were no customers waiting after us . Time:12:30 , Nov23 . Then after the payment she stood up facing her back towards us after my husband told her to slow down. I guess it’s the attitude she shows towards immigrants. They need to be trained. It’s a good store but these behavioural issues from a few cashiers make it not so welcoming”

“This is a nice store, we like the meat department! The bakery is usually stale or a day or two left and there's often outdated products in the cooler, The prices are comparable if not sometimes better than some stores. Reply; I wouldn't say it was.so much a negative experience, just some friendly feedback”

“A nice store for all kinds of food, grocery, vegetables and fruits items. The rates are quite reasonable in comparison to the nearby stores. The stuff is quite fresh and neatly separated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space available here. The trolleys are available by depositing a dollar coin which you can take back when you leave it at the space.”

“Very often, the Wholesale Club has what I am looking for, as I know I will find specials and decent prices on a variety of meats, large bins of vegetables and other bulk items they put on sale. I would, however, like to see more items with lower prices, as suggested by their name, the Wholesale Club. The wholesale name should reflect many more wholesale prices. . . . I find many household items have similar prices as the larger supermarket chains and their sister, Superstore, on the north entrance of Vernon. However, this store is usually well stocked with most food products and includes a pharmacy and a good selection of kitchen cooking utensils and items for commercial kitchens.”
