“Very bad experience. I had to wait more than the promised date for my laptop's spare part. No calls, no assurances. Instead I was the one who continuously kept calling them which ofcourse they did not pick up. I had to stay back home waiting for their call which never came and spoilt my weekend too. Unprofessionals told me my parts aren't available, just like that and put the blame on someone else's shoulder. P.S they had called infront of my and confirmed the availability of spart part, seeing which I had agreed to wait for my laptop repair and pay the advance!”
