“I came in today for my second wig. I purchased my first wig from a different wig store and was not happy with it. I brought it in to The Wig Fairy and let Natalia know exactly what I didn't want, lol. She took that info and found THE PERFECT wig for me! She found the perfect length, a color match to my natural hair, and it even has a widows peak! (My first wig made it impossible to show my widows peak and it didn't feel like me...) Karen did my cut and showed me how to style the wig how I like. They both took such great care of me. I am so happy with my experience here, I will definitely come back time and time again. I actually cried when Karen finished styling my wig. Then she cried because I cried. A little back story, I am 27 years old and have lost most of the hair on the top of my head. I have PCOS and thyroid issues. I never thought I would need a wig, especially in my 20s. I started losing hair at 20 years old. I haven't styled my hair in so long because I had nothing to be excited about. Today I felt excited about my hair for the first time in a very long time.”

“It's a big store with A LOT of hair care products, wigs, hair for braids, and weaves. But it's kind of frustrating how most of their combs, brushes, clips, caps, etc. are locked. I understand that it's due to theft, but as a customer who travels from WC to shop here NOT steal it's irritating that I can't check or touch the product without having an employee in lock step to unlock every item I want to look at.”
