“Returned to my cabin to find that my car in the driveway had a bashed in windshield from the County pushing snow off the road into my driveway. I initially got an online quote from Safelite which seemed reasonable until I got to the scheduling which indicated that the earliest service date would be 2 weeks out because of a “global glass shortage”. First I have heard of this and sounds like a ploy to gouge on price. Also, I didn’t want to pay an additional week of car rental waiting on their service! Google search turned up Best Price Auto Glass so I gave them a call and spoke to a very friendly Christina who quickly gave me a quote $120 lower than Safelite AND next day mobile service to replace the windshield. Danny arrived the next morning as scheduled and provided efficient and friendly service. Not only that, he fixed a problem I was having with my driver’s side door which saved me running around trying to get that fixed and having to extend time on my rental car. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless I receive really exceptional service which I did with Best Price Auto Glass and would hands down recommend them to anyone needing this service!”

“I took my Car in almost exactly a year ago for a crack in the windshield. I got the car back and noticed about a week later that the VIN Plate inside of the windshield had been broken, and was intact prior to bringing the car in. I decided not to make a big deal of it since you can find the VIN in other places. Fast forward to now, I am having my roof wrapped and noticed that the seal at the top of the windshield is messy and inconsistent. Very disappointed in the quality of the work.”

“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars. PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”

“Showed up to the appointment early. They took the car in anyway...there was a brief explanation on what was to be done and I waited Ted in the waiting room. I was informed throughout the process and 1 1/2 hours later, the windshield replacement was done. Another 20 minutes to calibrate the sensors and cameras. Paid my bill, I was briefed on precautions after the service. And I was out and down the road.”

“I can not say enough great things about this company! I called for an estimate and the owner, Mark, came to bid the job himself. He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new. I am very impressed with how fast the install process was. “Scheduled a 9AM appointment 2 days out; they had called the next day and confirmed my appointment, and today I was in and out for my in-shop appt in 1.5hrs for a windshield replacement. I believe my tech was Michael and he did great in assisting me today. He also let me know my windshield had been replaced before & warned me before service that there could potentially be rust underneath the reseal (21 year old car) that could prevent them from being able to seal a windshield again without rust removal body work first. Thankfully that wasn't the case!”
