Unfortunately, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed until the evening. Luckily, one of the chefs was there and directed us to a diner nearby which was good but definitely very different from what we expected to be eating that morning. At least the chef was nice and helpful which is why it gets two stars (he would get 5 stars for his helpfulness).”

The decor is antique, the lighting is gloomy and warm, and the high ceiling make this spot feel huge. I came here for a special event, and the venue also has a back patio that hosted vendors. It's a pretty big place.”

Starters were also good for a bar. The hazy IPA and wine were both delightful. Service was great - we had an engaging waiter and everything was timely. It was a fun atmosphere to sit at a spacious table but have the energy of a bar behind us. Caveat: we had the best table in the house - 6 person circular table immediately on the left as you walk in so it felt very spacious. Other tables were not so spacious!”

We also ordered the mini cheese board, chicken Skewers, and swordfish Skewers. The chicken was better than the swordfish, but the veggies and sauce served with the fish were incredible compared to the hard rice served with the chicken. Everything was flavorful though. We actually had our rehearsal dinner here right before my husband and I got married in 2019. We had the dinner at the back garden and everything was tasty. Staff was very accommodating and nice then and still nice now. I am giving 5 stars coz my first experience was really good. Willing to go back and maybe order other food.”

Rather you’re on a date or eating with a friend or family keep in mind this place is not very kid friendly… kids are welcomed but it’s just not a kid friendly environment. the food and service is always outstanding. “I did not know about this spot and heard it was an exclusive popular spot. It’s definitely a solid spot with that Hollywood vibe. Probably the first pool party I’ve been to where no one was in the pool. Lots of actors, athletes and people in the industry of popularity. I thought the vibe was excellent, the music was awesome and the people were cool. It felt like a music video or a movie because everybody looked good, and it felt really chill with a phenomenal view of the city. I’d definitely come back again to try their food and possibly get in the pool. It’s definitely one of those spots that’s hard to get in if you don’t want to spend money, but it’s worth the experience.”

I asked for a menu and was told there was no menu and to just tell the guy what we liked and he would bring us wine accordingly, I was surprised when the bill came how much I paid per glass and I would’ve like to have known as the cost was comparable to 4-5 star restaurant which this was not… for the area it’s a nice place to meet a friend for a decent glass of wine but I am a sophisticated consumer specifically when comes to restaurants, wine bars and or lounges and I while I thought the wine was decent I did not like feeling as though I was maneuvered… again it’s not the price it’s the principle.”
