“Another great coupon pre cut fabric shop in the Parisian fabric quarter. Purchased a fab piece of floral cotton which will be great for a couple of blouses for only 5 euros from the tables outside- bargain! Many different qualities of fabric though and i was very sorely tempted by a lovely moss green silk velvet but at 70 euros would have been all my fabric budget in one go- would be ideal for a special occasion though. Great selection of many types of fabric with some upholstery fabrics at the end on the roll.”

“Ralph Lauren is my favorite brand and it's mostly all that I wear. I was happy to visit the flagship store. The store itself is beautiful and set up very nicely. It doesn't even look like a store, it looks like you're walking through somebody's fancy house or a nice museum. At first, I missed the entrance because I thought it was a luxury hotel. However, the clothes here are extremely expensive and seem to be for people that are willing to spend a lot of money. If you're a casual shopper, you will not like what you find in this store. If you're a big fan of Ralph Lauren, ensure that you visit and walk around. The items might be expensive, but the experience of seeing the store is definitely worth it. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but we did not check that out as you need a reservation.”

Today, Sunday December 17, I asked for cold cuts for 3 people, the butcher shop is completely empty I am the only customer, I specify that I come from far away, the first employee leaves saying that he cannot not do it to me because he has to go pray, the second has nothing to do but refuses categorically because "you never know on Sunday we may have people" I tell him that I can wait a moment while he does it and even by the time his colleague returns from his break but he refuses, hiding behind so-called “orders from management”. Avoid this type of business that has no respect for customers and with whom, even when we try to be courteous and accommodating, we make no effort. Ashamed!!!”

“Amazing, amazing hat store. First of all, their hats are absolutely beautiful - incredibly made, in loads of beautiful shapes and colors. Second, the service is outstanding. Such kind, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I had an amazing experience here. I did not know I would be buying a hat the day I went there - a hat in their window display caught my eye. I went inside, picked it up, and they came to help me out. They even measured my head! Eventually, after trying on many hats under their gentle, brilliant care and guidance, I found the perfect hat for me. They provided info on care (since I wasn’t a hat person, it was very helpful) and wrapped it and put it in a beautiful box. The staff was so helpful in my hat exploring, helping me such that I never felt pressed in any direction, but rather empowered to explore their beautiful, beautiful shop and their even more beautiful hats. Truly, it is a lovely space! If you are looking for finely crafted, gorgeous hats in all shapes and colors, this is definitely the place to be. My experience was incredible, and I know yours will be too. (They also have gloves. I wasn’t looking to buy gloves, but if I was, I would have gotten them here. Even their gloves were beautiful, and they came in many beautiful colors.) Highly recommend.”

“Do not go there, had a terrible experience in this shop: - they said it would take 2 days for the adjustments, it took actually like 6 appointments, and every time I went there they hadn’t do what they had promised - very hard to contact them; had to call several times a day - they said it would be ok to enlarge my dress on the hips, then said there was no fabric available; in the end they had to change the fabric, which I did not like and led to a change in the fitting of the dress - delay when delivering the dress; I was supposed to take the dress with me 2 weeks before my wedding; 1 day before I was still at the shop at 8pm having a mental breakdown because they were still working on it - terrible customer service; I’m still sending emails about this and never get any reply. And this is just a short summary of everything I went through”

“The time of closing is not true to what it says on both the website and outside the door. We were there to buy shoes but we were being told repeatedly that the store was closed and we needed to leave at 7:40 (closing time is 8) in a very rude way not only to us, but other customers in the store. We were in line to check out at 7:50 with only one pair of shoes and were told that the store was closed and we needed to leave now. I understand wanting to close the store at closing time, but it was ridiculous to me that there was nobody in line and they refused to let us buy one pair of shoes 10 minutes before when the store was supposed to be closed. The store items were impressive, however, the employees and what the store said should be true was definitely not.”
