“I ordered a jacket via their online shop. First of all there was a delay regarding handing the parcel over to FEDEX. The jacket was meant as gift. Furthermore, they have forgotten to remove the anti-theft security panel. I don't know how to put this but the customer service is very unsatisfactory and disappointing - It came across as if I were a thief - it was a really really awkward moment. In addition, it was also very difficult to remove the security panel without damaging the jacket etc.”

IMPORTANT TIP: Carry a bag with you if you are buying something. It costs 5 SEK, unnecessary. These people sell shoes but won't give you a free bag. Plus the bag is not a generic one, but has their branding all over it. You are effectively paying them to do free marketing.”

“I felt extremely unwelcome. Their marketing images discriminate against white and middle eastern men. Their materials show almost exclusively black men. This is both illogical and sad because 99.2% of Swedish men are white and/or middle eastern. For some reason, white women are not excluded from modeling the clothes. Also, from a practical perspective it makes it harder for me to tell how the clothing colors might look against my complexion.”

The menswear section is minimal. Location is great though, and I'm glad that HM is staying in the centre part of town instead of the newer block of buildings.”
