“While the Other Stories is just my favorite brand, I can agree with comments of other people, that find the service in this particular shop is pretty bad. I leave in Amsterdam only for a year, but have been in this shop quite a few times. First of all I don’t understand why they always ask people to put garments back on hangers in the dressing room. I believe this is a job of a shop worker. Second of all, when you are buy something just 2 minutes later than shop is closing they are soo pissed... but we are talking about 2 minutes, not 15! I was living in Barcelona before, and service there is much much better! As for the garments - they are my favorite, the combo of quality for price is just great 👌”

“Picked up our Kavango Game Drive XL in 2019. After 4 years still very happy with our purchase! We enjoy camping several times a year and the trailer tent withstands (thunder) showers well. Ordered extra parts last year via the webshop. We discovered while camping this year that parts were missing. They sent this to you free of charge. This year the mosquito net on the sleeping cabins tore. We sent this and can now return it free of charge. In short, very good service even after the purchase!”
