“I don't know if this guy named Brad still works here but he was the most helpful customer service person I have ever encountered, in any store. Years later, my husband still reminds me how wonderful this guy named Brad from Canadian Tire is... He may start with showing you which isle to get the door handle, then how to install a door handle, but for this guy, I'll build the house too, and buy everything here. There have been staff who call him at home on his day off to ask questions for customers and he cheerfully answers. Amazing!”

“Checked on line for a pair of children’s sorel boots that said they were in stock, in the store. Website said there was 2 pairs in the size we needed. Kids section was in complete disarray. Couldn’t find the boots and was told they didn’t have them in stock even though the website claimed they did. What’s worse is they checked their store inventory levels said they should have 2 pairs in stock. Brutal. Waste of time”

“I had a wonderful shopping experience today, all thanks to Jonathan (who turns out to be the store manager). I needed to get some steel toe shoes for work. I am a ladies’ size 11 which makes shoe shopping pretty difficult. I’m used to it though. The first person who helped me didn’t have much luck finding anything. I kept picking styles and he’d go back to check, and they wouldn’t have it. I understood and apologized. While I was still mulling over the styles, Jonathan approached me and asked if I needed a hand. I explained the situation, and my shoe size. He immediately offered to pull a few styles in my size and we’d go from there. I was relieved. He came back with a stack of shoes! At least 6 pairs, and offered to go find more if I needed. I tried on a few, narrowed it down to two styles, eventually landing on one I loved. I took note of his name and at that point, occurred to me he was the store manager! I had a really wonderful experience and appreciate the time he took to make it an enjoyable one. And! I have new shoes that are fit for work, and fit my big ole feet.”

“Walked in and greeted me. Couldn't be bothered to leave the counter where they were messing around and laughing with one another. When I asked on pricing, one of the workers just pointed and said prices are over there. Not very great service.”

“I went shopping many times there, this was 2nd time they left security tag on cloths and didn't remove it by cashier at cash register, even we came outside it doesn't beep at the door, when we came home we noticed the tag and with expensive clothes we don't want to rip of the clothes so I have to go back the store for removing this, this time again it doesn't beep at the door. Anyway I went to cash register and told them this tag needs to remove and show them receipt, instead if accepting mistake the girl at cash register she was looking at me as I just grab and came to her to get it free though I was showing her receipt. And i travelled more than hour to get this tag remive safely I totally disappointed their service at register. Wish I can give them O (zero) star.”
