“I have experienced on 2 occasions now very rude customer service by the same lady. I didnt get her name but i think shes the manager. Unbeliveably rude and speaks to her staff, who actually try to help in a rude manner and very condenscending. Makes you not want to shop in there! I actually took a return home and would rather pay to return it than go back in there to be spoken to like that. Especially when the returns process has changed, why not try to educate your regular customers in a polite manner and try to help then maybe next time they would get it right and appreciate the time taken to explain the new process!”
