I had researched ahead of time, but the fun was in the experience itself. Take your time and experiment! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly - Niko and Lily in particular. They had great suggestions for my blend based on what I wanted to achieve, but I have no doubt they would be just as helpful if you went in with a totally blank slate. I stopped in solo when I had a few free hours, and I'm so happy with my choice. The perfume itself is a joy to wear and lasts a long time on the skin - I can see myself coming back with friends or hosting an event in the Boston location. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing yarn store! I went here on a Wednesday at around 1:30 PM and there weren't many people in the store. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and assisted me in picking knitting needles. I just decided to get into knitting as an already experienced crocheter, and going to this store was a good decision. Although the store isn't big, they have a wide selection of yarn with different colors and textures. I also appreciate that they have small samples of what the yarn would feel like once you knit it. The yarn is fairly priced and high quality. They have everything you need to get started on knitting, crocheting, and felting. They also wind the yarn for you if you wish, but sometimes the wait is a bit long. I decided not to wait, but it's easy to wind yarn by yourself at home with just your hands. This store is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! Plus, you can support a small business. The vibes are immaculate, and I left the store quite happy with my purchase. (I'm using my dad's account to write this review).”

“My mom and I visited Lara after a friend recommended she go there to find a mother of the bride gown. Everyone in the store is friendly and very helpful. They have a beautiful selection of dresses from prom, bridal, mother of the bride, and even some more casual dresses. We loved that they actually carried most styles in all sizes as well as multiple colors. This was the first dress my mom tried on, she fell in love & walked out with it the same day! Definitely recommend this store.”

“I came here at 11:45am on a Monday. No line. I came to return The Day Magazine Tote in color Marine, and The Form Slide Sandals in color Wine. These were both “Choose What You Pay” that I purchased on the website, and they didn’t live up to my expectations. Customer service was good and the staff was friendly. The Form Slide Sandal was stiff, and I knew the upper would be cutting my toes up any second. Plus, I live in NYC where I literally never wear slides outside on the off-chance a rat scurries over my foot. Better to invest in close-toed shoes. The Day Magazine Tote was also stiff (same leather as the slide?). The handles felt like they would be slipping off of my shoulders all day long. There is no closure on the top, so if I drop or lay my bag sideways, things might fall out. The color wasn’t 100% for me either, as I would have preferred a wine color. As for the store, inventory is low. They didn’t have 2 items I was looking for: The Micro Rib Crew Tee, and The Cashmere V-Neck Sweater. They did have a denim section, underwear, linen tees, dresses, cotton tees, jean jackets, and shoes. Before this street-level store, there was the Everlane Soho Studio. I find this space quite similar to that, so I can see how shoppers are leaving unfulfilled. I believe the objective of that space was to introduce people that preferred a tangible experience of shopping to the Everlane brand. Now that many avid shoppers are familiar with the brand, this concept might not cut it anymore. It sounds to me like shoppers are expecting more of a Uniqlo experience from Everlane. All styles in all colors in the store. Everlane might want to rethink their brick-and-mortar concept.”

“I was in there yesterday and got great service by two female sales associates. One of them, Gladys, was especially attentive in the fitting room and dug around in the back for diff sizes a few times when I wanted to try diff fits. I will say, they don’t have many colors and they don’t have much in the smaller+taller sizes which was a little disappointing. I’ve remembered having easier luck in other locations at other times so not sure if this is a location-specific thing or a corporate styling thing. Taller girls don’t wanna wear squatters necessarily!!”

“I have a complaint about an employee, and I'm trying on a coat, a long one and a short one, and I'm struggling... That employee came over from time to time and whispered to her once or twice at the same time, which made me feel uncomfortable when I was shopping inside. When I arrived at the reception desk, I whispered something to another colleague again, which was very poor in quality and politeness. I didn't like this situation, which made me feel very strongly that I was misunderstood and stole clothes. “Great shopping at a good price. Very beautiful and high-quality clothing. When the sale of famous designers have to stand in line for 2-3 hours. Inside you need to take off your clothes and hand over the bag. You can bring only wallet and phone with you. Taking pictures inside the store is prohibited. There are fitting rooms but no toilet. This can be a problem if you stood in line for a couple of hours and drank a few cups of coffee. Sometimes people in the line are given numbers, so you can’t leave for a long time.”

I think they design some items to fit baggy or tight, but I would prefer real sizings, and that they just let customers decide on the "fit" of the item.”
