“We stumbled across Le Cartel because of the monkey and T-Rex paper papier-mâché figures at the front. The clothing is made of high quality materials and the prices are really reasonable. I learned that they like to collab with artists to create limited edition collections. I only wish they would stock more smaller sizes. I ended up not getting anything because the didn’t have small in the items I wanted. I was able to get them at the location in Vieux Port (not on Google Maps but attached to Café Olympico).”

“⭐️AMAZING⭐️ Nothing but good thing to say about this thrift store! It has to be the best thrift store left in the city. It is a bit further out from the center. There is a wide variety for men’s clothes, as well as for women’s clothes. Wide variety of household items. Besides the wide variety, nice quality, it is also really clean! The music there is really good, well curated. The decor is also really nice, all this to give a great thrifting experience. The store doesn’t have any cabin but you can try the clothes on near the mirrors. The staff is also really sweet!”

“There are a lot of very beautiful and unique products. I really love Anthropologie. I used to visit Anthropologie in Downtown but they closed it that was sad...Last time I bought some lovely stuff but unfortunately there was little issue for that merchandise. I called three times to the shop but nobody answered which I was about give up ...but then store manager called me back by tracking my phone number and she solved the probrem very quick and perfectly happy way for me...! “The girls who work there are horrible, you can't even take a breath from them, they follow you everywhere and they are not nice, they are too too much. In 15 minutes, 5 people asked me if they could help, one of them even scoffed when I rejected her advice. If they had let me breathe, I would have bought a jacket, but this way I practically ran out of that store.”

“Purchased a $470 CAD cashmere sweater and in four weeks the same sweater cost $200 CAD. Went to the store and asked the store manager Dino for a price adjustment considering the significant drop. Dino first agreed to adjust the price and quickly changed his mind when I didn’t have a receipt. I had already told him I didn’t have the receipt. He refused to look up the receipt in the system saying it would take too long. Then stating that four weeks was too long (even though I was within the return policy). Dino compared the price change to fluctuating gas prices and told me to live and learn. When I called the customer service line they said the store manager has the authority to make the price change given I was within the return policy. Horrible customer service. Losing a customer over $200 is senseless. Spend your money on a brand that stands up for quality and customer service. Not a place that fluctuates prices week by week and doesn’t take care of their consumer.”
