“This review is long overdue; however, to put it simply, The Butcher Shoppe is my favourite place in the entire city to purchase meat. I genuinely enjoy the quality/variety of products, frequent deals and customer service their employees have. In the almost two years I’ve shopped at this store, I’ve literally only had ONE issue that Stephanie handled in a matter of minutes with a more than adequate solution. It took less than 30mins of my life to get a resolution + pickup time. I appreciate local businesses that consistently outshine major companies like this one does. The quality of product and service definitely shine through.”

“The inside of the store was beautiful & great selection of wine options from other times I’ve been in. I would give it 5 stars but one of the staff members made me feel unwelcomed. Young lady with dark hair at the front desk. Not exactly sure what the situation or deal was.. but other then that the place is very nice.”

“Our coworker is turning 40 & we ordered gifts for her special day. We had it delivered to the office & items were missing from the order. Not only did they not deliver the remaining items to us, but when I drove across town to get the items, all I got was a 10% military discount without “having to answer questions”. I said “I don’t mind answering questions”! I guess this is the only way I get to express my dissatisfaction. Good thing it happened though, because the tiara we would have gotten was damaged. At least the young man was polite.”
