“I have gone there twice, the staff running around the clothing section is nice and helpful. But, the staff at the cash counter is rude, they don’t know the discounted products. The just bill it up to the actual price, I had to tell them it is discounted and then they check the discount and apply it. The worst is, I had different people at cash counter on my 2 visits and they just speak out a line which is demeaning sarcastic. One off I wouldn’t like, but it was on both the occasions with 2 different people. I don’t know what training they get or the company is not keeping any check on the staff behaviour.”

“We visited Reflections on Christmas day. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The decorations were really beautiful. I requested a high table near the Christmas tree and they very graciously managed to seat us there. We had warm True North cocktail in the Santa cup and Lobster Benedict. The food was simply delicious. My server Sophie was very nice and accommodating. She also took several pictures when I requested. The manager David really made my day by offering a complimentary dessert. Overall I had a great experience!”

“Got this item, took it home and realized that there was a tear inside, couldnt see it right away as this item has multiple compartments. I did detached the tag, brought it back on a different day and asked for an exchange, with the receipt. I did asked them twice that day, and told them I wasn't asking for money back, the way they answered me wasn't very nice either. At the very end they still said NO!!!!!! Found out that the person I talked to that day was a the "manager". It was someone who had no customer service skills at all. This store gets all their stuff for free, and they still mark up the prices extremely high. I think they are more expensive than Value Village. They probably are surviving cause its a rough economy right now, plus their location has lots of foot traffic, from the main bus stop. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Will never return again, if I could give zero stars I would. Bad store policy and bad customer service period!!!!!!!!”

“Bree was amazing. Husband and I decided to go for something different for our kids this Christmas. I first heard the term non-traditional diamonds in their radio spots over a year ago. I love one of a kind things and decided this would be an amazing way to celebrate how our kids are perfectly unique and have become outstanding examples of humanity. Bree was extremely patient and helpful in offering choices for each kid and once we found diamonds that was perfect for each, we had Spence's decide how each stone would be set on the necklace. Turnaround was far less than I expected and hubby and I agree that this was a great choice for Christmas . These pics don't do justice to the deep colours of these necklaces”

“The Arbutus Shopping Centre was torn down with the old Safeway in 2017. This Safeway is newer (June 2020) than the Broadway & Macdonald, Oak & King Edward and West 4th & Vine. Yew St entrance to the huge underground parking on P1. Store is very clean, tidy, bright and not too busy. Managers from head office bring trainees here for a tour often. On the day of the morning tour, every item is stacked perfectly.”
