“mmmmm..where do I start,went in this store to replace an air conditioner that I bought elsewhere but it went "bang" for some reason. Found the portable air-conditioning units but no staff in sight,eventually got one but he just said "I'll get someone for you" and walked off. Five minutes went by,10 minutes passed and eventually after 15 minutes I gave up,as I headed to the door who did I see,my "I'll get someone for you guy" laughing and joking with 2 other members of staff,he just looked at me a smirk on his face won't put what I was thinking as I got into my car but the word was very similar to "rissoles"”
