Was amazing in helping me understand the differences in the boots, build quality, and had great suggestions. He took his time, even though I most likely wasn’t gonna buy a boot on my first visit. It’s nice to know that there’s a place like boot barn that hires knowledgeable, friendly employees willing to dedicate time to help customers like myself who are basically first timers to cowboy boots.”

“Bought a faulty Pit Boss, couldn’t get anywhere with the manufacturer, went into Tractor Supply; and they were friendly and receptive to the problem , and gladly exchanged our smoker for a new one. The manager Lisa was great to work with. Highly recommend shopping here if you value great customer service and a company that will stand behind the products they sell, even when the manufacturer won’t.”

“I like their selection of clothes and intimate attire, but their items always seem disorganized. You have to be there for a while and really look through items to find things you like. Also, they changed their dressing room policies. You can't try on bras anymore. They totally lost my business because I'm not okay with leaving with a bra that doesn't fit me just to have to come back and return/exchange it. Shopping here will waste your time in one way or another.”

“I have been wanting to leave an honest review for a while now but always feel bad for the store owner. However, after shopping here for a couple of years now, I think it's time to leave a review. This store is extremely overpriced. Not only are the items overpriced, but they show extreme signs of wear. When I first started shopping here, things were more reasonably priced, and the clothes were not so worn. The last few times I have visited this store, I always hope for a better outcome. But it's the same, I leave with frustration over driving 25 mins to get here just to see the prices continue to get more ridiculous and the quality of clothes to go down the drain. A lot of their comparable to Ross and Walmart, and they are used worn-out clothes. So I don't understand the term of a used children's store when for a few more bucks I can go buy new elsewhere. Which I do each time I leave here, I head straight to Target to spend my money I planned to spend there. At the end of the day, you're a used store. And your reply sounds narcissistic. Maybe visit local thrift stores to get a better idea on how to price your items. You ain't Target sweetie.”
