This issue was clearly not a result of an intentional aging process, as the shoes were new and unused.When I reached out to Gucci for an explanation, their response was unsatisfactory and demonstrated a lack of knowledge and accountability. They claimed that the shoes undergo a 'dedicated aging process' to make each product unique, which is mentioned on their website. However, the condition of the shoes was not a unique feature but a blatant sign of poor quality.This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Gucci's products and their customer service. I feel misled by their online product description and am left with a product that does not meet the standards promised. It's disappointing to see a brand of Gucci's stature showing such disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. When I reported to M&S customer service, I was told to look on the website for the hours. Clearly they follow a script rather than reading and responding properly to email. I won't be going here for a long time. The staff are often rude anyway, as they're too busy stocking shelves to politely move aside so the customer can look at the food items. Rarely is there anyone at self checkouts that doesn't appear miserable.”

“Brilliant service. I pre-ordered a lens that is heavily in demand and has supply issues globally (Nikon can’t produce enough to sell!). Grays kept me up to speed with the estimated time of arrival - email exchanges were just as expected - excellent and prompt and the best part is my lens arrived when they said it would! I couldn't wait for delivery so decided to pick it up in person at their shop, which wasn't too far from me. In the shop, all the staff were warm and welcoming. They have lots of gear in cabinets on display which looks really cool - the shop was pristine and generally very pleasant! I received a fantastic service through both email and in person, and I would highly recommend them - please visit in person for shop experience if you can or at least a Nikon outing. I’ll be back for sure to order more stuff when I need it 😊”

“I recently visited Uni Qlo Wimbledon to handle a sizable online return. Turns out, they only offer exchanges for online purchases in-store. While I found this a bit unexpected, I decided to look around to make an exchange. However, my original order was in two heavy bags, making it quite a task to shop around. I asked one of the staff members if I could place my bags somewhere safe while I browsed, and she declined without giving any alternatives. It was clear she was more focused on her phone than assisting customers, which honestly made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully, another employee by the changing rooms noticed and offered to keep my bags nearby. I really appreciated that gesture and even ended up purchasing about £200 worth of items. But, given my initial interaction, I'm reconsidering my choices and might just prefer online shopping next time. It'd be great if all staff members were as helpful and attentive as the guy at the changing rooms.”
