“Good store with an M&S foodhall at the rear of the shop. Over the years the store just concentrates on clothing and food. The quality of the clothing has dipped in recent years and availability of particular food products is now pretty poor. The staff are excellent.”

“This is the most horrible place to be in this country. Don’t even dare. I paid for one glasses (£280) I wanted high specification. These people delayed the glasses for almost a month. They said Delivery service misplaced the first glasses. The delivered another one. The new pair was Very frail and damaged. I had to return it. After 2 weeks they said another one is ready, I jumped on the bus for over 1hr 17 minutes. I got there and they told me sorry we don’t have your glasses. Meanwhile they messaged me to come pick it up. Okay, refund me, they said sorry you can’t get full refund. Bla bla bla. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. This is the most unprofessional, problematic shop I’ve ever been to. They all look confused. I rang customer care 7 times. They would tell me please stay on hold. 30 minutes later they will hang up. This store should be closed by all means necessary.”

“Nothing special. Not professional at all. I tried to sell brand new tablet and phone.telephone and tablet were unused and a funny girl started measuring with her eyes whether the telephone line was straight or not. And she told me that wasn't straight obviously only she saw this, because my items was brand new and immaculate condition. People like that should work at the circus instead of working in places where they have no experience, making up excuses not to buy, among other things.”

“Had the best experience finding my perfect wedding dress this weekend. Emma was so helpful and professional and did an amazing job helping me find and decide on my dress! We had such a fun appointment, we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. There was so much choice and a great range of pricing too, so truly something for everyone! I didn’t feel at all pressured and we tried on as many dresses as I wanted. Would absolutely recommend and cannot thank Emma and the team enough!”

“I loved the clothing and everything in the store . But one thing they don't have is a card system like getting points on your card or club card stuff . I wish they introduce that for their store like other stores have .🥰 In store shopping is nice as You have alot to choose from the variety , they got clothes, tops, jeans , leggings but prefer leggings from primark for the price point .😊 They have Jackets , coats, long shirts , cascual wear , skirts , crop tops , swim wear , shoes , long boots , joggers , slippers , casual slippers , sandals , wedges, belts etc. I loved the variety regarding hair as well . They got quiet nice things in hair accessories as well. 😍 I loved the hair bands, they got variety in them , ponyies with huge variety like shiffon pony , velvet ones and other fabric as well , clips and lots of variety that you wanna have ❤ They also got hand bags with different colours and variety . I bought a beige colour shoulder bag with strap and gold chain . They got nice collection in jewelry as well , you can get in golden and silver colour as well . I bought earrings with have colourfull stones in it . I loved them sooo much . They looked awesome . I loved doing shopping as you can get variety in one place . They got nice collection and was not too crowded as well which may be of concern for some people 🙂😇 Will do more shopping in future as well.”

“Since my last review I have gone elsewhere and received a better service. I’d like to point out that though Specsavers left a link and said they would be in touch but they never did get in touch. I had to go into the store where there was a new manager. She was very polite but I got no answers and she just seemed to say she was sorry I wasn’t happy with their service but that was it. I reiterate the staff there have always been lovely but I wasn’t happy with the prescription and that was never addressed. My new opticians have addressed my concerns, given me a new prescription and I’m happy with their assessment.”
