“If I could, I would rate -5 stars. I'm really mad, Big Fred Grill, exactly 1 year! Grilled normally at the weekend when suddenly the whole grill bursts into flames, some technical defect on the grill, the wall of the house is damaged by fire, etc. Customer service, which you can't even reach by phone, only wants pictures of the grill by email, which I also took, and I get the answer that the grill is not clean and therefore it was a grease fire???? The grill shows normal signs of wear and tear and is not dirty etc. When I wipe the burners with a Zewa it stays clean. Even with the fat tray etc. removed, the grill throws out red flames and not a little. What further response do I get from support? You can't leave the grill unattended? How can someone from support make such a statement, was he there? If the grill had been unattended, I wouldn't have been able to turn off the gas and there would have been nothing left of the grill and not to mention the remaining damage to the house... I know customer support differently, I would advise everyone against Burnhard, my personal opinion! Something like that shouldn't happen with a grill for €750 and even if it does happen, I expect a different reaction from support! 750€ for a year and now it's just bulky waste! If I could, I would bring this over so you can dispose of it yourself.”
