“After 11 years at this gym i stopped my membership. It was first fit for less, great gym Then new york gym, was also good, different vibe but still good. And then trainmore came and everything changed. -They put different sauna in, which now doesnt work anymore for a while. -A lot of lockers dont work anymore. -they took out the boxing corner -door of the mens lockerroom is already broke for years -part of the equipment is out of use. And here comes the biggest dissapointment that made me quit my membership. 30nov at 20:00 o clock i received a mail from the gym, in which they say, in order to give me "more" experience they have to increase the membership cost with a woophing 25 percent! "More" what? More broken equipment? More dissapointment?”

“I am very disappointed in this shop. Firstly, if you place a larger order, you might receive a damaged parcel due to careless packaging. Secondly, the seller's response is very slow. Thirdly, when I decided to return several items, the seller created a return label, but the parcel was lost, and I didn't receive my money back, despite the package being insured. I do not recommend it at all!”

“Unpleasant Experience and Difficulty Cancelling Subscription I recently had an unfortunate experience with this company over the past year, leading me to share my dissatisfaction in this review. Despite requesting a subscription cancellation more than half a year ago, the process has been needlessly complicated. Due to back injuries, I sought a statement from my GP confirming my inability to participate in sports. However, they were unable to provide any documentation. Efforts to obtain a statement from a physical therapist were thwarted by long waiting lists or incompatible insurance coverage. What baffles me the most is the company's inability to cancel my subscription, despite the evident lack of gym usage as reflected in their own check-in system. Despite not utilizing their facilities, I continued to be charged consistently, which is both frustrating and unacceptable. I find it disheartening that such difficulties exist in the Netherlands. I hope sharing my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services.”

“Loud gym, they got a decibel meter to make sure the music and yelling coach is set right up to the limit of 90 dB. This is done for a group training but is in an open space and heard throughout most of the gym. Very busy gym. Avoid regular hours if you want to stick to your routine. Most of the time the equipment is in use by somebody playing grindr for 45 minutes. Yearly subscriptions. If you are lucky, like me, they allow you to quit sooner if you dont feel comfortable. Customer unfriendly terms. Due to a "error in the system" they started to withdraw money from my bankaccount again after I quit. After months I noticed the payments started again. Now 6 months after I moved to another gym I'm still waiting to get my money back (payment within 8 weeks) from their error. Meanwhile, they dont want me to contact them anymore :(”
